At Waterlife we understand that life can be unpredictable. As per our terms & conditions, we therefore offer 3 catch-up classes per term so that you don’t miss your lessons.
Please inform the office by email, info@waterlifeswimschool.com of any absence, preferably in advance where possible, and we will look to accommodate you in an alternative session.
Please note although we try to be flexible catch ups are not re-scheduled without 24 hours notice and are then again subject to availability. We do not roll over catch ups to the following term.
We do our best to arrange catch ups at your regular venue on an alternative day or the nearest available venue, within the current term.
