Additional information
Cancellation/Refund Policy
We will refund the cost of the course if
you cancel at any point up to the day before the course begins.
If you cancel on or after the start date we
cannot offer you a refund or a transfer.
We will however where possible find a
person from our waiting list to take your place and refund your
course fee.
Illness
If your baby is unwell or has an ear
infection or cold then please do not bring them swimming.
If your baby has had a stomach bug you
should wait 2 days after the first solid movement before going
swimming.
Immunisations
We are happy to accept babies into classes
before they are immunised, but we insist that this is your
decision. Any concerns should be discussed with your GP or

Wet suits /Baby snugs
As our pools are warm you are not required
to wear wet suits or snugs. Some parents however choose to put
their babies in these during the winter terms. You can buy

Photography
Sadly we cannot allow video or stills
photography poolside at any of our venues. However you will be
given the opportunity to have underwater photos taken of your
baby by leading photographers Urchin Rock. www.urchinrock.com
